Feedback from traders who attended our workshops and coaching sessions. Specific experiences, honest reservations included.
I used to enter on the first green candle after 8am. Mark showed me how often that candle sits inside the Asian range still. My journal now starts at 7:45 with three lines: Asian high, low, and where price sits relative to them. Simple change, fewer impulsive entries.Helen R., FX day traderLondon Session Intensive, March 2026
Coaching session on a week where I overtraded GBP/JPY during the overlap. Sarah marked every point where ATR had already expanded before I entered — I was late to moves I thought were early. The checklist she wrote for me is taped above my monitor. Dry humour helped; I did not feel lectured.David M., index futures traderSession Review Coaching, January 2026
The clinic format works because you bring real charts. My EUR/GBP example from a choppy Tuesday sparked a twenty-minute breakdown of range-bound volatility. Only wish we had more time on New York overlap — felt rushed in the last fifteen minutes.James T., part-time traderVolatility Observation Clinic, February 2026
Attended online from Edinburgh. Screen-share was clear and I annotated on my own TradingView setup. The replay section after the live window was the most valuable part — seeing where my markings diverged from Mark's reference notes.Fiona K., swing traderLondon Session Intensive, November 2025
Solid material on initial balance. I would have liked more examples on commodities — the workshop focuses heavily on EUR/USD and GBP/USD. Still worth the fee for the journal template alone.Robert P., multi-asset traderLondon Session Intensive, September 2025
Third clinic attendance. Each time someone brings a chart that teaches the whole room something new. The false-break discussion on a USD/CAD Wednesday session changed how I set stop distances during compression phases.Anita S., FX traderVolatility Observation Clinic, December 2025

How Helen rebuilt her London morning routine
Helen traded FX part-time alongside her nursing shifts in Birmingham. She attended the London Session Intensive in March 2026 after two years of inconsistent morning results. Her main frustration: she could read higher-timeframe trend but felt blind during the first hour of London.
During the workshop, Helen's annotations on a live EUR/USD chart showed she was marking support and resistance from the previous day but ignoring the overnight range. Mark paused the session to compare her chart with the reference markup — the Asian high sat twelve pips above her drawn resistance, and price had already rejected there twice before she considered entering.
Helen adopted the pre-London checklist from the workshop: mark Asian high, low, and midpoint by 07:50; note whether price opens above or below the midpoint; wait for initial balance to form before considering a directional entry. She emailed four weeks later to say her morning trade count dropped from five or six attempts to one or two considered setups. She now attends the monthly clinic when her schedule allows.
