Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy covers refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for workshops, clinics, and coaching sessions booked with Dev Workhub. It applies to the London Session Intensive, Volatility Observation Clinic, Session Review Coaching, and any custom group training arranged in writing.

2. Cancellation by you

London Session Intensive (£295)

• More than fourteen days before the workshop date: full refund
• Seven to fourteen days before: fifty percent refund or free transfer to the next available date
• Less than seven days before: no refund; transfer subject to availability and a £50 rescheduling fee

Volatility Observation Clinic (£75)

• More than forty-eight hours before the clinic: full refund
• Less than forty-eight hours before: no refund; you may transfer your place to another attendee by notifying us

Session Review Coaching (£145 / £390 block)

• More than forty-eight hours before the appointment: full refund or free reschedule
• Less than forty-eight hours before: no refund; one free reschedule per booking if rescheduled within twenty-four hours of cancellation notice
• Three-session blocks: unused sessions refunded at £130 per remaining session if cancelled more than forty-eight hours before the next scheduled appointment

3. Cancellation by Dev Workhub

If we cancel a session due to instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next available date at your choice. We will notify you as soon as possible by email and phone.

4. No-shows

Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation and is not eligible for refund. For online sessions, logging in more than twenty minutes late without notice may be counted as a no-show.

5. Non-refundable items

Printed materials posted to you before a cancellation are non-refundable once dispatched. Custom corporate training deposits (typically thirty percent of the quoted fee) are non-refundable if you cancel after we have reserved dates and prepared bespoke materials.

6. Work already delivered

If you cancel coaching after submitting materials and we have completed preparation, the session fee is non-refundable but you may reschedule once within thirty days. Completed workshops and clinics are not eligible for partial refunds based on perceived value or attendance duration.

7. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within ten working days to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative bank transfer within the United Kingdom. Email hello@dev-workhub.click with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.

8. Rescheduling

Free rescheduling is available within the timeframes listed above. Rescheduled sessions must be taken within six months of the original date unless we agree otherwise in writing. A session may be rescheduled twice at no charge; further changes incur a £25 administration fee.

9. Exceptions

We may waive fees or offer credit in cases of serious illness or bereavement upon receipt of reasonable evidence. Contact us to discuss circumstances before the session date where possible.
